My apologies for the tardiness of the page. I couldn't keep my narcolepsy in check yesterday so I was struggling to stay awake.
In other news, I just got an Up band. Anyone else using one? I kinda love it because it's helping me track my sleep and check it out:
Three nights ago I only got 4.5 hours of sleep and I spent 3 hours of it dreaming so I really only got about 1.5 of rest. Two nights ago I got 7.5 hours of sleep and i spent 6 hours of it dreaming so I only got 1.5 real hours of rest. Last night I took a 2.5 hour nap and only spent about 30 minutes of it dreaming so I got almost 2 hours of real rest.
THIS. IS. MY. LIFE.
